Soigné's Julian Cox and Josh Goldman's flagship bar and restaurant, Brilliantshine, in Santa Monica, features a signature menu of primarily craft whiskey cocktails. The kitchen, under the direction of Chef Richie Lopez (formerly executive chef of Paiche), provides dinner and weekend brunch. Dining menus were created to complement the beverage program, and to present a unique dining option for the Westside.
